Mo began her dance training at the age of two at Dance Gallery in Miami, FL, where she studied tap, jazz, and hip hop until the age of 18. In high school, Mo was selected to become a member of the Gablettes Dance Team under the direction of Rosanna Karpiak and Bertha Lowell. While a member of the elite squad, the team placed 1st nationally each year, including Mo's senior year as captain.

Upon graduating from Gables, Mo auditioned and was admitted to the UCLA World Arts and Cultures dance program. The summer after her freshmen year, she was selected by Karpiak to join the ADA Staff. Mo worked with ADA for 9 summers as an instructor, choreographer, judge, and assistant to Mrs. Karpaik.

She worked as an associate producer for CBS Television in New York City from 2008-2010. During that time she stayed current in the dance world, by judging regional and state competitions and serving as a consultant for dance teams.

She then headed back to Miami and was the Interim Director for the Miami Killian Dance Impulse for the 2010-2011 school year. In 2011, she found her way back to Gables, and took over the Gablettes, yet again! Between 2011 and 2015 the Gablettes earned 6 NDA National Titles, 5 of which were choreographed by Mo. Her former dancers have been selected as NFL Cheerleaders, NBA Dancers, and have been chosen for several elite collegiate dance teams.

In the summer of 2015, Mo moved to Omaha, Nebraska and took over as the Head Coach of the University of Nebraska at Omaha Dance Team. She has transitioned the team to be an elite program in the Omaha area, by increasing the teams presence on campus, in the community, and on the competition circuit. Currently, the team is ranked 3rd in Division I Game Day and Division I Pom, and 5th in Division I Jazz.

She has been active on the judging scene, includinge judging for the UDA National Dance Team Championships, local and state events for Varsity and DTU, and several NAIA competitions. She enjoys giving teams and coaches constructive feedback as a means of sharing her love of dance.
